We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free shopping experience.
We assure you that all products sold on cloriya.com are brand new and 100% genuine. We are a small start-up passionate about providing the trendiest designs at affordable prices. Hence, currently, our business model does not give us the flexibility to accept returns and give refunds.
However, in case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Free & Easy Returns policy promise has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Replacement or Exchange, backed by the 3 Days Replacement Guarantee from us.
For a smooth return experience, please ensure that
Original tags are not removed from the product
Product is not stained, damaged or torn
Product is not used or washed
Free products or accessories along with the original product are not missing
Refund shall be issued after a thorough quality check.
Note: Since our product images are shot using a digital camera, colours on the screen may slightly differ from the actual product. We appreciate your understanding on the same and do not accept any returns regarding this concern.
What is Free Replacement?
1. If you find that received item is incorrect, defective or damaged in transit, you may request a replacement at no extra cost.
2. If we find that the Goods returned by you are not incorrect, defective or damaged in transit we will notify you in writing within a reasonable period of time and offer to redeliver the products to you. If you accept redelivery, you will be liable for the cost of redelivering the products.
3. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a Partial refund, no questions asked.
How do I return an item?
1. Get in touch with our customer service representative at / +91-9993293105. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your bank account. if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
In what cases will my return request be rejected?
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories (except scarves and bags).
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
5. All items bought thru special discounts, promotions, stock clearance etc. will not be entitled for return.
